Process water cleaning
The process water is first pumped into the system via a pressure shredding pump. In the first stage, a filter screw press filters the water and separates the material. This material falls from the screen screw into a collecting screw, while the filtered water is fed back into the process. The pre-dewatered material is fed to the Hansek press screw. In the second stage, the material is dewatered under high pressure to ensure an optimal result.
